Today we’re talking about doTERRA Zendocrine detoxification blend. The oils in this blend have been studied for their ability to help support your filtering organs and help your body naturally detoxify, which was made to do sometimes we just need a little extra support because we’re interacting with so many toxins throughout our day.
What is in doTERRA Zendocrine?
The oils in this blend are rosemary, cilantro, juniper berry, tangerine and geranium. These oils all have really great antioxidant support for our bodies as well as the detoxification and the filtering support for our digestive tract.
What is doTERRA Zendocrine used for?
Our urinary tract all across the board is just a great blend to be using. You can use doTERRA Zendocrine detoxification blend aromatically, topically and internally. It does have tangerine in it, so if you’re going to use it typically, just be aware if you’re going to go on the sun with sun sensitivity.
Aromatically, this blend is great in a diffuser. Topically, like we said, maybe like your lower abdomen or bottoms of feet. And if you want to take it internally, sometimes we like to make a tea. You can put it in a veggie capsule or you can buy it already in the soft gel form.
Some of the things that this one is good for, we’ve talked about detoxification, hormone support and hormone balance, endocrine supports for your endocrine system. Specifically, doTERRA Zendocrine is good for your kidney and liver if you’re trying to support your body in like a heavy metal detox, this is a great blend to use. One of our favorite ways to use this essential oil blend is to diffuse it at night overnight while we’re sleeping, for adrenal support. So there’s lots of different ways you can use it.
